Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Hello,
  
  I've got an in progress web application SaaS I've been solo developing that I would love to get some design help on.
  
  Without going into too much detail on my secret idea, it's a way of thinking about and measuring your progress in your life//educational goals in a rather unique (I think :) ) way.
  
  You would be designing the entire look and feel including page layout and custom UI elements (mobile first!). You give me comps and the images, I put it together.
  
  I work 4 days/wk day job as a web application developer and spending another ~15hrs/wk on this project. Ideal timeline: I'd like get this bad boy out there in 3mos or so and see if it has any feet.
  
  Of course there's no promise this idea will make any money, but I know it's something I sought out and didn't find which I would personally pay for.
  
  So basically:
  
  I'm trying to make a thing to make money. It may just turn out to be a cool portfolio piece. So you've gotta be cool with that outcome as well.
