  I need mobile apps developer to start from scratch. if you are able to code everything by yourself, you will get 35% of the company. I will do all commercial part that include government regulation review, permit, advertising, and product testing. I have perfect group of people that will work with me to test the prototype until final design. Your scope will cover from database coding, server code, and mobile apps coding.
