Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have experience with VB/C#. Not a programmer, and I am not a designer in the classical sense of a web designer, etc. I have ideas, the primary of which I have put to Visual Studio WinForms. I don't need someone with experience working with core conceptualizations, so please don't let that throw you off, but this app is a core optimization app that I think could be an amazing chipset/kernel driver addon. I have a concept in place on 5 PCs, so I know the program will work for sure. Anyway, this is not an area many coders go, so I know it will likely be a challenge for any programmer who might express interest.
  
  Otherwise, I am interested in growing as a programmer, and I would be very grateful to find someone who enjoys hashing out the complicated problems of C#. I have a number of innovative concepts in mind for improving the experience of computing. That's my focus.
  
  Sorry, there isn't any money to speak of in this offer, but I am extremely committed to the aforementioned goals, and I would love to find someone else who shares the hunger and dedication I have developed for app development and programming. If anything develops, perhaps we can make an agreement :).
