Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am a 34 year old IT Systems Admin/Project Manager/Entrepreneur. I currently work for a MSP managing over 30 I.T. accounts for companies all over the Greater PA/NJ/NY Area. I recently have invested all of my time drawing up a website idea for a new fantasy sport. I know many people in the sports industry that are anxiously waiting a beta roll out of my website. I am looking for a designer/developer to partner with for the long haul.
