Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  I am co-founder and chief project manager of a new web design agency. We're looking for a responsible and trustworthy web developer for support on a project we're developing. Needs are: Comfortable and skilled in VPSs (we're using Digital Ocean. No CPanel, just ssh) and able to do a complicated migration of 1500+ custom items in WordPress (coming from a theme that has poorly written fields that need to be specially exported and XML edited) and over 3000 users. I need this done in a week. I'll pay you $200 USD to do this. If things work out there are more projects and possibly a monthly maintenance fee.
