Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm a developer always having side projects to build ranging from games, websites and mobile apps. My issue is that I have poor design skill and the end result even though it's working is poorly designed. I'm looking for a mobile app designer at minimum (web designer is accepted also). Their role is simply to design mobile apps and websites to our ideas. I will as well build and make your ideas reality of what you may have, in return for your design skill on my ideas. It's not strictly work, but for lets say fun side projects. All earnings if any on projects will be split 50/50. Projects I work on range from social networking sites / apps to innovative ideas to improve the quality of life. I look forward for your responses.
