Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a talented designer, to help me customize graphics for a generic bootstrap and wordpress e-shops and retouch incoming product pictures. Project is slow paced and don't require daily commitment.
  
  No programing or html coding skills necessary.
  
  frequent pay with paypal or bitcoin.
  
  I will not respond to agencies or middle men, I prefer direct online collaboration and brainstorming with one skilled person with a name, a computer, paypal account, talent and means of communication. I don't mind the time difference.
