I am interested in getting an app made that uses several open source programs and/or API's. I am looking to just get the code and wireframe done, I can do the user interface design myself in Android studio.
I want to create an app that users can take 3d scans of any object. To do this I want to use a Python code found in the open source package "Cura". Cura allows you to To use a python code in Android development "Kivy: Cross Platform Python Framework" may be a viable option.
Flow of how the app will work:
Users will press the record button and take a video of an object from all sides...An example is walking around an apple to get all sides of the apple. Then the app takes that video, splits the frames of the video up into hundreds of pictures. Then "Cura" or another resource will use those video frames to materialize a 3d object file. This 3d object file (which is preferably in STL format) is then sent to my company. Then a box pops up on the app to checkout using google play or a credit card.
I am basically trying to replicate the app "123D Catch". But I would like the 3d model of the object sent to my company rather than to the app user. I hope this makes sense, I am wanting to get the code as well as the wireframe done for the app.
Please let me know. I am wanting to pay in equity.
