Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am developing a website to aid in the bidding and quoting process of machined and fabricated parts. The most important feature of this website will be its functionality to interact with different standard format CAD files, like STEP and DXF files. To do this is will use a back end database to store parts, make quotes, place orders, and save user account information. Python may be a good platform since it has built in cad packages.
  
  To aid in this sites development, I am looking for four web developers / programmers to be partners with me in this startup. Three back end developers and one front end developer. This website will be a relatively larger undertaking compared to other sites, but it seems that the technicality of the site has been a barrier to entry for others so far in the industry.
  
  Much of the website and database has already been roughed out, but as programming goes, it is subject to change.
  
  I am a recent graduate from UC Davis in mechanical engineering and a Sacramento local. I know enough about web design and programming to do the basics, but I need some programmers to partner with to get this startup project off the ground. I am already employed elsewhere, so I am seeking partners like myself who already have jobs but is entrepreneurial enough to work on the side. Income will be based on profit sharing from the partnership when it starts generating revenue. Equity in the company will be based on the position each partner is filling.
