Writer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am a writer, translator and game story writer. I am seeking for a MMORPG game programmer with good skills who will apply for a special condition - I offer you to work with me for free at the beginning, and when we develop the game, we will divide the income in 50/50. We will work online. During the collaboration you will acquire experience and will be able to include it in your CV.
  
  Your Responsibilities:
  
  -Develop the program of the game;
  -Develop the design of the game together with me;
  -Become the game tester after the game launches;
  
  Requirements:
  
  -Good game development skills;
  -Good programming skills;
  -Passionate about MMO games;
  -Experience in game development;
  -Ability to work in a team;
  -Ability to work with an online collaborator;
