Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  Basically, this will be a card game. Currently there is only one and rather ugly implementation in market, I don't like it at all, it's like really horrible in many aspects. Despite that, it's rather popular. So, I guess, it's possible to do some good things here.
  
  I would be really glad to cooperate with a nice designer guy. In fact, I consider this project more like a pilot one, but pretty sure that it's possible to make it a production level quality, at least I'm interested in it.
  
  I have few ideas about design, but they are far from perfect.

  PS I am not ready to pay money before the release just because it's more like a hobby project! The possible income though will be shared fairly (this is negotiable). I am rather looking for a peer participant than hiring, so please, don't consider this request unless you ready do something for future. With those who are interested, I am ready to discuss details, listen to critics, and if someone wants collaborate, you are welcome.
