Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have a UI for a video sharing app that allows anyone in the world to compete in absolutely anything. I have a business plan, marketing plan, and a ton of startup experience.
  
  Ideally, I am looking for an iOS/Android developer that could serve as the CTO for the company. I am quite literally looking for a partner to build the back-end of this product, while I handle the front-end and business side.
  
  I am willing to give up a large equity stake, assuming the partner is willing to scale with the company.
  
  It's a very unique and clever product, with features no one else has. If you would like to take on this type or project, I'd love to share the UI and business/marketing plan.
