Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Hello,
  
  I am looking for a web developer with skills in HTML, XML, JS and CSS. The work will be primarily creation of XML scripts for use in Adobe Muse.
  
  Muse is a website building application designed for people who don't use code. The scripts you will create will be used to create widgets that integrate functionality such as slideshows, text effects, animations, video players, galleries, etc. These scripts are usually pretty simple, and can sometimes utilize existing systems found on the web.
  
  I'm looking for ongoing work, most likely paid by widget built. I can provide detailed specs explaining what is needed. Just looking for decent written communication skills in english.
  
  The $100 budget posted above does not reflect the total budget, nor the budget per widget (I am required to place a number). Widget cost will be bid and agreed upon individually. Please provide your hourly or project rate, and tell me about any skill or experience relevant to the opportunity.
