  Hello,
  
  I am a successful entrepreneur looking to exchange conditional equity in return for IT skills. There are several tech based businesses I will be focusing on this year, ranging from a peer to peer financial website to a non typical voucher code website. I am looking for creative, dynamic individuals who can work towards objectives (outlines by brief) in a structured manner. Most of the websites already have high definition wireframes but I encourage creative input based on experience and an understanding of the target audience, to refine them.
  Please let me know if you are interested in such an arrangement and let me know you skill set so I can see if you are suitable to any of the projects.
  Needless to say please do not apply if you are not a serious or capable person since it is in neither of our interests.
  I have already had several funders interested in being part of one or more projects and have had some website companies wanting to undertake the entire projects in return for equity. However, I want a more personal arrangement and do not easily give away equity because it will only serve to scare away further funding rounds and block growth.
