  Hi,
  I am posting again as I believe my requirements have been misunderstood. I want to develop a web site that will enable all construction companies and contractors the opportunity to shortlist efficiently companies/ builders to tender for and ultimately carry out their building projects projects.
  
  I have designed all features for the site and know how the options and functions should work. I am however not a web designer and this is where I need a partner.
  
  Please note: I am looking for a 'Partner' and not a contractor to design the site. That means somebody who is a web expert and who would welcome the chance to develop site with a construction professional. I envisage it would be a 50/50 relationship.
  
  Revenue generation would be possible via subscription fee and advertising combination.
  
  Target market is primarily Germany and Ireland (Pilot Project). Depending on success, other mainland European markets would then be explored and potentially other markets where construction activity is prevalent eg. Canada, Australia etc.
  
  Please note: The ideal partner would be resident in either Germany or Ireland.
