Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm not aware of any tool in particular but anything for 3D modeling and animation.

  I'm looking to port some successful flash games into android apps. The idea is to take the inspiration from the game and port it adding some to it, and also managing the monetization. I'm looking for a partner on this who won't just do what I say, but have a say on his own, since my knowledge in design is worthless. On the other hand I'll be swift to invalidate any programming nonviable ideas.
