Designer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Hi, I am designer in San Francisco.
  I am working with group of programmers to establish a e-commerce website, and we hope to get it on BETA by next May. And we need a lot of help to getting it going.
  So looking for someone with strong Typography, color schemes, layouts, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Web experiences, and good front end skills is a plus !
