Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a web developer / programmer to be a partner with me in a startup.
  
  I am developing a website to aid in the bidding and quoting process of machined and fabricated parts. I am a recent graduate from UC Davis in mechanical engineering. I know enough about web design to do the basics, but I need a computer engineer / programmer to partner with to get this startup project off the ground. I am already employed elsewhere, so I am seeking a partner like myself who also already has a job but is entrepreneurial enough to work on the side toward a startup. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Further details will also be discussed during interviews.
  
  Preferably I would like someone in the Sacramento, CA, USA area so that we can meet in person to discuss details. Business just works better when you can physically work side by side if needed.
