Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I'm looking to have a local travel directory site built, I have designed everything and will supply all files and copy.
  
  The functionality of the site will be relatively basic, there will be 5 categories, with only a subcategory filter in each.
  
  Homepage will have 13 topics, each linking to an article page from a read more button.
  
  There will be a blog, contact, map, legal, sitemap and Advertise page also.
  
  It will need to have the ability for advertisers to pay through paypal, create an account and create / manage their listing(s).
  
  I can supply preview files and details / instructions to anyone who may be interested.
  
  I'd like to trade services for payment, so if any developers / programmers are looking for any graphic design work done, let me know.
