  I am doing a start-up with 2 other friends at the moment of which I am now looking for developer(s).
  
  At the present moment we have applied for 2 grants of which we are still waiting to hear back (by November). If we do get the grant we should have enough funding to pay for your services, if not we are interested in giving some equity for the business in exchange for development cost.
  
  But either way I do need to someone who can fill the CTO position after the site launched as none of us are "techie" enough and is hoping the person who develops the back and/or the front end will stay with us.
  
  I can't say too much about our idea here, but is global and we already have some "inside" contacts to do focus group and testing before we launch in the UK; where during launch we already have some professionals lined up with existing network ready to engage with their contacts.
  
  
  If you are interested, we would require you to sign an NDA when we meet. All of us are based in London so we can meet pretty conveniently.
