Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML5, integration with external API's (google, Facebook, etc)

  I am building a website that will allow local institutions (bands, churches, venues) to connect with local musicians and artists to fill needed slots.
  
  There will be some social components including user ratings, calendar availability, integration with external sources (soundcloud, Facebook, etc).
  
  The goal is to provide a simple, intuitive interface and eventually to be able to monetize through expanded memberships that provide additional functionality.
  
  I will take care of the design of the site. Just need a programmer to handle the core functionality, updates and features additions.
