Designer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Must be proficient in html, css, photoshop, front-end design, ecommerce and experience with Miva, WooCommerce and/or Magento would be a huge plus.

  I am in need of a web designer/developer for my established firm. I've been in business for 15 years, and I've been a one-man-show the entire time. I'm now looking to expand, and bring on a full time partner to help with design, dev and seo and am willing to share revenue from all active projects immediately, so this is a good opportunity to put money in your pocket right off the bat.
  
  My end game is to find someone that I can work well with to become an actual partner so that I can step away from the design/dev side and focus more on building revenue and going after bigger and better projects, which is something I can't always do now because I'm the sole creator, and it's hard to juggle all of these hats.
  
  I'm not looking to train someone. I'm looking for someone that can already build a website from the ground up, and you'll need to have an actual portfolio, and some references also.
  
  I need someone proficient in html, css, responsive design, ecommerce, php, wordpress and so on.
  
  Again, the idea here is that I pay you as a contractor to start, and if things work out, will allow you to buy into my company through a mix of sweat equity and trust.
