  We are looking for a developer to become a partner of our fashion startup. We help Japanese female customers buy and learn about Western fashion trends. The site has launched and we're getting good traffic. Its currently built on a hybrid of Magento and custom PHP.
  
  We looking for someone to join the team on an equity basis. We have many cool things planned in the future including trips to Tokyo!
