Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We are a team of two people and we launched an android app last month. We are looking for a web designer that develop a web app. The programming section is already done.
  We are also looking for a programmer that develop the same app on IOS.
  Money are a problem for now, so we are looking for a motivated people with a lot of free time that believe in this project. This generate huge opportunities
