Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  I am looking for a web developer to partner with to bring an idea to fruition. Minimal work required as I am:
  
  familiar with the code (although not fluent);
  a minimalist;
  willing to keep the workload down as much as I can.
  
  I am mainly looking for expertise/a parter, rather than a workhorse.
  
  The idea, or premise, is a twitter of products, whereby, instead of tweets, you have products, more likely than not purchases. It is a social network conceived to hook in with the others, as does twitter, Instagram for their relevant mediums (messages, photos).
  
  There is some development completed; effectively all conceptual.
