Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Another founder and I are designer/entrepreneurs needing a mobile developer to build Rantz: a social app where you record and listen to hilarious spoken rants from your friends and celebrities.
  
  Ideally you'd be able to create both an iOS and Android version, but if we can't find someone with both iOS and Android ability, we'd look for an iOS dev to launch iOS first. The app's main functionality is fairly simple with audio recording/storage/playback plus basic social features (follow, Like, etc.)
  
  The other founder and I have designed, launched, and marketed several apps, so you'd only need to handle the code. You'd get 1/3 equity in the product with no salary or hourly pay.
