Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm a designer/entrepreneur located in Thousand Oaks, CA. I have been in business for over 12 years with an active client base. I'm looking for a long-term programming partner to help build the business. Most of our clients are based on Magento or Wordpress but we have others on other CMS systems. We have a number of custom extensions for these systems. The types of jobs are are widespread and the types of clients are across the board from medical to law, aviation, to corporate.
  
  I'd prefer to work with someone local. This is for someone with enough experience to jump in and start.
