  I'm looking to do my first PSD to HTML job. I can implement your design into HTML/CSS. My rate is $15/hour.
  
  I'm from California, United States and I will only work with North Americans or Europeans. I have done one site recently that I can show (just needs a few images from client).
  
  I will make a contract and we both must sign it before any work is started.
