I'm looking for a partner to build HERO Keyboard for Android, including auto-correct and Swype-like drag-to-type (those are probably the trickiest parts). See http://herokeyboard.com for product details.
You'd get no salary but 50% of all Android profits, and if HERO gets acquired, you'd get 10-25% equity with a short vesting schedule.
HERO is a side project for me (I still work a full-time day job) so I expect it'd be a side project for you as well since I can't give a salary or guarantee profit numbers. But I think it has the potential to do really well and cut into Skype's market (Skype has made millions in app sales and was purchased for $100 million by Nuance in 2011). It has gained some media attention and was posted on Product Hunt, but the 1.0 iOS version is bare bones and frankly not implemented well enough to take off yet. I have an iOS developer who'll start work on v2.0 soon, which should coincide with the Android release. Email me at corey@herokeyboard.com with any questions.
