Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I live in Salt Lake City and I am putting together a start up and need someone with programing skills, particularly with app development. The person needs to be able to set up a database using MySQL server, code with either iPhone and/or android, and needs to be able to set up a web crawler. As this is a start up, the position would receive a portion of the company as a partner, meaning we will be working on the project for free until we get things going. My estimate time frame is it will take around 3 months to get going working part time. If you are interested and have some of the requirements, contact me and we might be able to work around it.
