Programmer looking for an Entrepreneur for long-term partnership

  Job Brief: Assist in finding qualified clients with possible liaison to those clients.
  
  I want to develop a partnership with a entrepreneur that can help me find clients and potentially liaison with those clients or simply hand the client over to me. Work will be paid on commission according to the level of engagement made by the designer.
  
  I am also friendly to the designer billing the client and then sub-contracting work to me.
