  I'm looking for a Rock Star Developer. I have many projects I need help with starting ASAP. Some projects are enterprise level. What I am looking for in a developer:
  
  Good Communication is a must!
  An Online Portfolio/Website (Don't send me an email list of links to work)
  WordPress Focused (Not required though)
  Symantec Coding/Best Practices.
  
  PLEASE NOTE: if you send me a response to this job promising to complete my job with in 3-5 days or send me an email list of projects you have done, I WON'T REPLY.
  
  Also I prefer Project Based Pricing, though I'm open to another terms.
