Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm a business development and marketing manager with aspirations to develop a web app that allows businesses to track who has been looking at their website and other analytics.

  As you can see there is competition, but I have dug deep and researched ways to improve what is currently available in a market that is still pretty fresh to B2B companies. (I wouldn't include Google Analytics as competition as they do not offer information on who is visiting, only numbers and figures of how many) To keep it short I aspire for a simple design lead platform with character and a UI so easy to use even the pope would enjoy using it.
  
  The aim: to do to lead tracking what Mailchimp has done for email marketing.
  
  If this sounds like a project you would be passionate about and one you could be dedicated to, I'm looking for an experienced and creative developer who would be willing to go into business, build and manage the ongoing development of the web app, future integrations and management of the business.
  
  With my experience in brand development, design and writing copy, I'm confident of my ability to shape the brand, it's values and objectives and getting it out there to the right market. My whole working life I have been part of (and currently head of) a sales, marketing or business development department which will be advantageous in generating a flow of subscribers and challenging the competition.
