Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Hi, I've been working for Elite author for more than two years (10+ themes released), now starting my own thing. Released on HTML project on TF, one Wordpress theme rejected, because of "design aesthetics". Think I'd better find myself a Real designer) My proposition is 50%/50% on all sales, you make the design, I make everything else. Any extra expenses, like advertising or support team, if needed (much later) also shared 50/50, but will be discussed (both amount and need of those).
