Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am a graphic designer looking for someone with programming experience creating apps for iOS devices. I have a couple concepts for great apps I just need help creating them. I can do UI development I basically just need a programmer to translate these ideas into functioning apps on the iphone/ipad. I would also be willing to help you concept any ideas and help you with graphics you might need for any of your projects!
