Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for someone who is willing to build up a mobile app development company with me. I don't want someone who will work with me on just one or two games, I want someone who will be happy to work on all our games.
  
  I am a beginning programmer who uses the Unity game engine. I want to develop small mobile games that have simple gameplay and fun concepts, such as that of Flappy Bird or Crossy Road. I don't have any recent plans to start making some major titles like Call of Duty or something!
  
  Here is exactly what I want from the partnership:
  - Photoshop skills
  - Preferably some knowledge of the Unity game engine
  - Be able to create glossy, cartoon-like sprites (examples are listed below)
  - Speak decent English (to avoid confusion)
  - Insight in how a business/company works and how one is started and how it grows
  - Strong desire to make fun mobile games and to make a business/company out of it
  - Be responsive (ie. not hearing from you for a week is unacceptable). I understand that it takes time to complete a project, but there's no excuse for not letting me know what's going on. I would like a daily report of your progress, or at least every other day.
  - Be creative
