  Complex Media is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join its Marketing Web Operations team within the Digital Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for development and maintenance of Interactive ad applications and ad services for Complex Media.
  
  Our ideal candidate is an experienced developer and team player who enjoys coding and comes up with the new ideas on a regular basis. The candidate will report to a marketing development operations team lead and work with product managers, developers, designers and engineers to create elegant solutions for our business and clients needs.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  Involved in all aspects of the application development lifecycle: idea, development, QA, documentation, implementation, etc.
  
  Development, maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancements of the existing advertising and promotional web, video and mobile web applications.
  
  Adhere to project schedules and effectively report progress to meet challenging deadlines.
  
  Stay knowledgeable of the industry standards and trends.
  
  Must haves:
  
  1+ years of experience in Web development and production.
  
  Hands on knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  
  Hands on knowledge of JS, jQuery and any JS MVC framework (ie: Node.js, AngularJS, MeteorJS, etc).
  
  Working knowledge of PHP (MVC, OOP), MYSQL and/or PostgreSQL.
  
  Working knowledge of JSON/REST/XML/SOAP Web Services.
  
  Working knowledge developing cross platform/browser compatible dynamic web, video and mobile web applications.
  
  Experience with Agile product development environment.
  
  Nice to have:
  
  Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel (huge plus).
  
  Experience with NoSQL solutions such as Mongo, RIAK, Redis and/or others.
  
  Experience with IDE development tools, version control systems (GitHub, SVN, CVS) and debugging tools (Firebug, Charles).
  
  Experience with automation tools such as Grunt.js, Gulp, Make, Phing or others.
  
  Familiarity with mainstream Open Source CMS such as Wordpress, MODx or others.
  
  Familiarity with SEO standards and techniques.
  
  Advertising agency experience
