  I am looking for a partner with web development skills to help build a messaging app for the iPhone, this will be built using Ionic Framework and Cordova Phone Gap as I do not have skills in software development but do in web development and design. We will launch the app to other market places such as Windows Store and Android.
  
  There is no investment required but you must be passionate about technology and writing code, also you must not be expected to be paid anything until we launch the app and start earning a stable profit. I will discuss more details with the successful partner on the share of the business etc.
  
  You must also be willing to put your own spare time into developing the app alongside myself.
  
  You must also have the following skills in:
  
  PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, we will also be using Angular JS.
