Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  Requirements
  2+ years of development experience
  HTML, CSS (using SASS , Stylus, or other precompiler) proficiency
  Photoshop knowledge
  Ability to write structured JavaScript with the use of jQuery, while using the assistance of Grunt and/or Gulp taskrunners
  Wordpress and other blogging/CMS platforms knowledge
  MailChimp and other email platforms knowledge.
  Since we are always looking for new ways to aid our clients, you will be expected to stay on top of innovative front-end development tools, practices and technology (CSS3, canvas, media queries, responsive design, HTML5)
  Version control (Git, GitHub or Subversion) proficiency
  Amazing build organization
  Offer honest critiques and knowledge with design appreciation
  Responsive design experience
  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical individuals
  Experience building complex projects
