Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for an experienced Web deisgner and programmer to join our team as a founding member of the business. The member must be capable of modifying our current Joomla based website on an 'as required' basis as well as being able to add additional pages or components to improve the website and the company. These components will probably need some custom coding as we have a big expansion ideas.
  Our preferable partner should be Australian based eagar to participate in weekly/monthly meetings (via ph, email or skype) and possess similar motivation as our team towards Company growth and success.
