Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a technical partner for a lean start up that is gaining attention and speed. Negotiable equity arrangement preferred for now.
  
  We would partner first on the build of a simple voting app, similar to something like a Tinder experience, but with a different, unique focus.
  
  An interest in / experience with maps ( Google Styled Maps API and the possibilities with maps and Geo-location, would be a great option to play with. And a love of music will help here as well!
  
  It's a fun project, with a potentially great equity shares - particular interest in music loving coders!
