  I am expanding our code team and am looking for 1 or 2 highly skilled PHP/MySQL developers with a natural interest and ability in website development, web 2.0 technologies, application development and social networking.
  
  I am looking for people who:
  
  - are familiar with different PHP frameworks (ZEND, CakePHP, Symphone, Code Igniter, etc.)
  - have a solid understanding of the MVC pattern
  - can learn and work with our internal content management system
  - are able to write clean object-oriented PHP code
  - have understanding of jQuery and AJAX (experience with similar ones i.e. Ext-JS, MooTools will also be helpful)
  - can produce xHTML/CSS layouts that are standards compliant, semantic and accessible
