Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  A web application I have developed since 2010 without a team. Right now, I need a partner who has a good understanding of accounts because this system is to be used by local SACCO communities and small businesses to track the members and financial records. My idea is to get at least 2 more programmers onboard so that we complete this.
  
  Though the system will be used offline on local WAMP, I will upload it online for the programmer to get time to learn what is available.
