Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I have a lot of ideas and i need a partner to help me bring them to life.
  The first job will be create a new responsive design for my own website boardgamefinder.net that is already online.
  I want to monetize it with ads.
  I'm working in my ideas when i arrive home from my full time job, it's not a full time job at the moment.
  The final goal is bring these ideas to life, monetize them and maybe some day earn enough money to live from it.
  The goal it's not to get clients and work for them, it's to work in my own ideas.
