Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  the project is a high power led strip control by a raspberry pi
  i would like a web page that controls the led lighting, for the color and for a chase function ie colors fading in and out. and a color picker maybe a basic login function.
  the codeing is way over my head. this is for a non-for-profit teen center (http://www.clbreak.com/)so don't expect a big profit
