Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am an owner of a new, small start up company and am currently looking for long-term programmers.
  
  For the 1st job, I would like the programmer(s) to develop a web-based database to handle company inventories,records,employee, customer information etc. I need the front-end to be accessible by local users on their PC or Tabs through the use of their internet browsers (local connections only not internet). The front-end interface should be clean, neat and professional looking. I will need the system to host multiple users (admins, guests). The back-end will be a database stored on a local PC/device at site.
