Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  We're a startup which will be making receipt handling the easiest thing in the world.
  
  I want to hire a designer for a shorter assignment to work with me to create pages for our web app; it's a single page application written in ReactJS with a JSON API in F# running on Mono. Both founders are programmers; I'm both CEO and software engineer and have a background in distributed systems and software architecture on the .Net platform. My partner is a mathematician with a background of the banking industry and performing risk assessments.
  
  Some basic knowledge about ReactJS is a plus.
  
  I want you to be capable of discussing the ins and outs of usability and trade-offs that one must do when choosing how to compose a user interface.
  
  If the work has high quality and you can communicate well, I'd like to extend the work over a few jobs.
