Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for an equity partner to assist in the development of a new concept socially interactive website.
  
  The concept design is completed and has been put out to several of my colleagues in the digital space for input and opinion on this concept and the feedback is unanimous - It is a simple yet fantastic concept that it the first of its kind. If you are interested in hearing more I will need to have an NDA signed and then will show you all the details.
  
  For obvious reasons I cannot disclose any additional information until we have spoken, your development skills for this type of venture confirmed, and we have an NDA in place.
  
  The simplicity of this concept is of great value because development should not take much longer than 2 or 3 months with a team of 2 or 3 developers and it will be ready for beta testing.
  
  I am only interested in local developers that I can actually meet with and work closely with (within 500 miles of my location here in Southern California). I have office space if it is required by you that you are free to use and am also willing to travel to meet and work with you as well.
  
  This is a fantastic opportunity for developers with the skill sets required to work for yourself and income from this venture will be substantial.
  
  I already have investors that want to fund this project but it is my desire to build this website on our own with sweat equity and keep the investors out.
  
  Please do not respond if you are from outside the Pacific Time Zone of the US as I am only willing to work with local developers on this project.
