Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  Looking for someone who know UI/UX Design and Application Design to create 1 or 2 pages for a web app. This could lead to potentially more work trying to find a designer I can rely on for the entire application. Right now we have a basic static prototype and some examples of some experiences and designs we like. Deliverable would be Wireframes and PSDs of your final design. Looking for High Fidelity comps.
