Programmer looking for an Entrepreneur for long-term partnership

  I've been developing rich web applications for about 5 years, doing other programming (desktop, embedded) for another 10 years. Also, I've been managing teams for 10 years or so. Currently I'm leading a small team of 2 other developers, and we will have some free capacity at the beginning of January, we are open to take new projects.
  Past few years I've spent creating apps (from architecture design, through development, deployment to maintenance) in Ember.js, Node.js, Rails, MongoDB and much more. Right now I prefer to focus on Django/Angular/Node.js. And, of course there is a ton of surrounding technologies (Redis, RabbitMQ, AWS, etc.)
  We're doing full-stack work, from initial requirement gathering, through architecture design (we're very strong at this!), implementation, whole devops, deployments, maintenance, mentoring your team. Typically we're doing setups of whole backend infrastructure (app servers, DB servers, monitoring, alerting, log management, metrics, automatic server provisioning, caching servers, job queue servers, etc.)
  For many years I've been working remotely, including solo, so I am able to take project and carry it on from scratch till finish on my own, especially when there is a team behind me.
  We're based in Poland, Europe, looking for remote work.
